rici 0.1.0 Beta 用于建立个人菜谱本。rici 不要求账号，没有付费项目，也没有广告或第三方统计 SDK。以下说明涵盖当前版本的实际数据处理方式。
保存在手机上的内容
你保存的菜谱、食材、步骤、份量、小贴士、来源链接和作者，以及做菜日期、笔记和评分，保存在 rici 的本地文件中。导入时保留的正文、图片识别文字、字幕或口播转写、评论文字和菜谱封面也保存在手机上。未完成的做菜进度另行保存，包括当次菜谱快照、份量、当前页、备料勾选和计时状态。rici 不提供自动云同步。
你可以在 App 内修改或删除菜谱及单条做菜笔记。未完成的做菜有独立快照；选择「结束这次做菜」可清除当次进度及其计时。已分享或另存的文件和图片，需要在对应目标中管理。
链接导入和识别
当你粘贴链接或通过系统分享选择「收进 rici」时，rici 会根据该链接读取来源网页及有关图片、字幕或视频。请求直接从手机发送到来源网站，包含正常网络请求信息及必要的来源链接参数；来源网站按其自身规则处理这些请求。分享扩展仅把待导入链接保存在本机共享钥匙串中，主 App 取出链接后更新或清空队列。
图片文字识别使用手机上的 Apple Vision。视频优先读取已有字幕；没有可用字幕时，rici 会尝试下载临时视频并用 Apple 系统语音识别转成文字。处理完成、失败或取消时会尝试删除临时视频，不将其保存为个人视频收藏。
语音和摄像头
做菜语音控制由你主动开启，需要麦克风和语音识别授权。rici 将实时音频交给 Apple 的语音识别框架用于匹配口令，App 不保存麦克风录音。设备支持时要求本机识别；不支持时系统识别可能使用 Apple 服务，相关数据处理遵循 Apple 的规则。
挥手翻页由你主动开启，需要摄像头授权。前置摄像头画面在手机上识别手势，不保存或上传。语音、挥手和自动朗读在进入后台时停止。关闭或拒绝相应权限后仍可使用按钮操作。计时提醒需要通知权限。
可选的在线整理
当前 Beta 的服务地址默认空，使用本机规则整理，我们的在线整理服务尚未部署。若你在高级设置主动填写服务地址，rici 会向该地址发送正在导入的笔记链接、标题、正文、图片识别文字、字幕或口播转写、评论文字，以及持久保存在本机的随机安装标识。不会发送图片或录音字节，也不会自动上传整个菜谱库。该服务如何保存和使用请求，取决于你选择的服务。将服务地址清空并保存后关闭在线整理。
由你主动分享的内容
「导出全部菜谱」生成文字 JSON，包含菜谱、来源、份量和做菜记录，包括个人笔记及评分；不含图片或独立的原始素材字段，也不包含未完成做菜的独立进度文件。你决定将文件存到哪里或分享给谁。
分享卡片在手机上生成图片，可能包含菜谱封面、食材、步骤、小贴士、出处和最近一条非空做菜笔记。请在预览中确认内容，再通过系统分享选择去向。
TestFlight 测试
TestFlight 的安装、使用和崩溃信息，以及你主动提交的反馈或截图，由 Apple 的 TestFlight 服务处理，并可能提供给开发者用于改进本次 Beta。反馈截图或文字可能包含你选择分享的菜谱和笔记内容。Apple TestFlight 概览。

rici 0.1.0 beta is a personal recipe book. It requires no account, has no paid features, and includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. This text describes data handling in the current version.
Content stored on your iPhone
Saved recipes, ingredients, steps, quantities, tips, source links and authors, cooking dates, notes, and ratings are stored in rici's local files. Imported source text, image-recognition text, subtitles or speech transcripts, comment text, and recipe covers are also stored locally. An unfinished cooking session has a separate snapshot containing the recipe, quantity scale, current page, checked ingredients, and timer state. rici does not provide automatic cloud synchronization.
You can edit or delete recipes and individual cooking notes in the app. An unfinished session has an independent recipe snapshot; choosing “结束这次做菜” clears that session and its timers. Files and images already saved or shared elsewhere must be managed at those destinations.
Link import and recognition
When you paste a link or choose “收进 rici” in the system share sheet, rici reads the source webpage and associated images, subtitles, or video. Requests go directly from your phone to the source website and include normal network request information and necessary source-link parameters. The source website handles those requests under its own rules. The share extension stores only pending import links in the phone's shared keychain; the main app updates or clears that queue as it takes each link.
Image text recognition uses Apple Vision on the phone. Video import first tries available subtitles. If none are usable, rici may download a temporary video and use Apple's speech recognition to produce text. It attempts to remove the temporary video after completion, failure, or cancellation, rather than keeping a personal video library.
Microphone and camera
You choose whether to enable cooking voice controls and grant microphone and speech-recognition permissions. rici passes live audio to Apple's speech-recognition framework to match commands; the app does not save microphone recordings. It requires on-device recognition when supported. Otherwise, recognition may use Apple services, which handle data under Apple's rules.
Hand gestures are optional and require camera permission. Images from the front camera are processed on the phone without being saved or uploaded. Voice, hand gestures, and automatic reading stop when the app enters the background. Buttons remain available when these permissions are denied or controls are disabled. Timer notifications require notification permission.
Optional online recipe organization
The service address defaults to empty in this beta, so the app uses local rules. Our online synthesis service is not deployed. If you explicitly enter a service address in advanced settings, rici sends that service the current imported note's link, title, source text, image-recognition text, subtitles or speech transcript, comment text, and a random installation identifier stored on your phone. It sends no image or audio bytes and does not automatically upload the entire recipe library. Retention and use of those requests depend on the service you choose. Save an empty address to disable online organization.
Sharing you choose
“导出全部菜谱” creates text JSON containing recipes, sources, quantities, and cooking records, including personal notes and ratings. It does not include images, separate original-source material fields, or the separate unfinished-session file. You choose where to save or send this file.
Recipe images are created on your phone and may include the cover, ingredients, steps, tips, source credit, and the latest nonempty cooking note. Review the preview before choosing a destination in the system share sheet.
TestFlight testing
Apple's TestFlight service handles installation, usage, and crash information, and feedback or screenshots you choose to submit. This information may be provided to the developer to improve the beta.
